Corepoint
- I think my previous answers have spoken to the value we place in Corepoint Health as a strategic partner, not a vendor. I have little doubt whether they will be here in 5 years. In fact their technical team is driving the changes that we will be implementing in 5 years by developing new and better communication protocols like FIHR through organizations like HL7 International.
- They are very interested in our success and very open to suggestions.
- They are a partner and I know they focus on customer service, and are experts in their field. They will certainly be here for the long run. And they certainly have earned a certain level of trust. By the same token, I know they are a business and will try to upsell where possible.
Cloverleaf
- I don’t really have much interaction with them since the product is so stable.
- It’s hard to rate this today. In the past, I would have given them high marks as a partner. Today, they feel more like a vendor. I really am not very informed on their direction and vision for the future. I think they will continue to be a leader.
- Vendor. They have strong knowledge but you have to go through a few layers to get to the ones that ‘know.’
Rhapsody
- Challenging business partner.
- I feel Orion R&D is more involved with their next generation of products than meeting some of the current needs and bug fixes of the system. We’ll see with the next release.
- Top notch customer conferences in world class locations. They bring in visionary guest speakers as well as peer presentations. They have monthly educational webinars. They have formal online training, which is very hard to pass. They are a partner that listens to the customer and the industry.
Mirth
- Good support.
- A vendor. We do not work directly with them, nor have we on any step of the implementation and usage.
Ensemble
- They are much more of a partner than a vendor. If you can get to the right person, you will get your answer. We have a really good relationship. I think they will be around in 5 years because they are attempting to move with the times. They continue to be a leader in their space.
- They work as partners, have very strong technical and market knowledge, and I trust they will be around as leaders in the interface engine market for many years.
- Definitely trust them, however they could be more proactive.
